That's not how things work in a traditional society. Cases like the one you describe would be exceedingly rare.

In a traditional society, the father of the girl has the final say on who she marries and therefore has sex with.
In the majority of cases the father won't be in favor of a man almost 30 years older than her, since he will die sooner and leave her a widow.
These cases would only ever happen in extreme circumstances, the man being very wealthy and the girl's family being very poor.
The possibility of some of these cases occurring is still better than the alternative: bitter spinsters, degeneracy, promiscuity, and low birth rates.
The majority of marriages would be among people close in age, the girl being around 15, and the man being a few years older, around 20 or younger than 25.
