Back then that was OP because we had 1.0 tier bosses still. Nowadays there is literally no reason for black swan to have decaying stacks outside of ults. Doesn’t help that people still believe DoT is an enemy turn archetype when every unit released for it has been about stacking as much as possible and taking as many turns as humanly possible before the enemy even breathes.
Swan could get her early beta Kit and she still wouldn’t be OP.
As for Feixiao, even if they nerfed her damage a bit, her kit is just so fundamentally good she’d still thrive, genuinely the best kit in the game for a DPS, archer being cut from the same cloth next patch.
Dot and Nihility in general need to stop being punished and given much more restrictions for way less payoff.
TROONmony get everything handed to them and they’re in a constant arms race to ultimate power creep. Nihility is still balanced around Pela to this day.
