Sage allows you to reply to stupid threads calling the OP a faggot. Putting sage in the options field prevents the thread from getting bumped. Shit threads die faster.
After the influx of newfags who don't know about this function, ragebaiting became the main way to get threads started. So now every single thread is just trolling, baiting, flaming and shitposting.
