Try not focusing on the things that trigger your depression.
If your environment (home, people, etc.) is the problem, then relocate to a new place.
Distract yourself with video games.
Talking to a therapist doesn't really help, but it feels good to unload all of your shit on someone.
If everything fails, and I mean EVERYTHING, then you can ask for meds. There is no such thing as happy pills. The meds will dull all of your emotions, basically making you a retarded zombie. You will also have a harder time getting erections. The withdrawal effects can actually kill you.
Politically speaking, just move to a non-libtard area and have sex with an ugly woman.
