If the answer is no, then there is zero incentive to go through with registering NR's.
I dont do ranges, i bought NR's because they can be carried and used innawood.
People who got their machine guns registered still ended up with safe queens, with only a handful of ranges that they are actually permitted to shoot them at. and they have to ask for special permission each time.
