No, it's not. I understand how intuitive it is to say that. However, the definition of "democracy" that gets used by the liberal class isn't really democracy. It's really more of a hybrid of totalitarian anti-democratic technocracy combined with a little bit of highly managed and performative democracy, which usually has little to no impact. A lot of these movements that look grassroots are curated by big corporate interests in Silicon Valley and in finance who launder their money through Super PACS and NGO's that fund and inspire this sort of "left" wing activism.

I'm reading and thinking, "yeah, none of that shit is going to happen. It's a great way to trick young progressives into Vote Blue No Matter Who if they fall for that shitty messaging all over again though."
