I like Star Wars that actually feels like Star Wars. The fantasy, the drama, the worldbuilding all fits. I like stories which actually have stakes and arcs instead of shitty TV slop designed to not think about and just mindlessly clap at. I like it when media has consistency and doesn't just write over what other people have done because the writer doesn't like it (btw did you know Andor and K2SO meeting had a comic with a completely different story long before the TV show was made, which ignored it because the director just didn't give a shit? Did you know there have been like three Ahsoka backstories, all of which Filoni has ignored over and over again?) I like it when media respects my intelligence enough to allow me to see the good and bad in conflicts and factions, unlike in Disney where Tarkin crushes civvies for no reason and the "bad" rebels like Saw Guerrera are given free passes every time. I like it when Star Wars goes dark in a way that fits the universe, like the deadliest battles of the Clone Wars or the Empire genociding planets, instead of when it's just generic cyberpunk trash which doesn't feel SW at all and could be reskinned over and nothing would change. I like it when we see more aliens and planets and cultures and weapons and cool new vehicles instead of the same three things over and over and over again, or generic planets and aliens with no cool details, or vehicles which look like total shit (the Andor Imperial "Jeeps" are literal fucking boxes kek). Need I go on?
