I only know panic as something instant that I have to get under control again as fast as possible, it's not a pressure in the chest for me, rather an instantaneous release of swear out of all my pores. The irony is that this is not always to my best benefit, I resign before I even lost this way.

I wonder what everyday things can trigger such an intense fight of flight reaction. Usually we can't consciously control out instincts and reflexes.
The kid that was bullied when I was in 6th grade also had anxiety attacks but he became extremely violent during them which makes more sense to me if it's fight of flight.
