Considering how long these series have lasted and how old they are, all of that stuff has been talked to death at this point.
The cool thing about anonymous imageboards too is that you, can in fact, start your own thread and make your own discussions instead of just relying on other people to do it for you.

There's also /vr/, which may be more suited for what you are looking for, PS1 is a retro console after all.

I am very sympathetic to your plight, however the problem is /v/ isn't really the best board within itself for functional discussion topics due to endless raids and politics screeching.
