Infinite Heaven, the Camp Omega mod, the side ops packs that add new ones, but IH is the biggest one, you can transform the entire game, the open world aspect mostly, with it.
You just need to learn to fiddle with it.
There's also a mod that makes female recruits hotter if you want.
