I are so many democrats druggies and criminals? Is that why they're so soft on crime? I've seen it a million times. They loathe the medicine that could fix them, because then they'd have to be personally responsible for where they've ended up. They'd rather take a handout and get back to the hustle than go through rehabilitation and submit themselves to authority. That's why democrat policies always result in unbridled chaos.
