So I was cutting for 4 months. Went from 95kg to 87ish. 174cm so manlet material. I gym 4x a week with 8k steps minimum as cardio. I'm on kinda the muscular side but the links from the sticky calculate my TDEE as 2180 calories which I eat 2k cals a day. Haven't been losing proper weight for a month now and I'm fucking confused and tired. Surely lost some belly fat and generally getting lean but 9kgs in 4 months is not what I was hoping for. No way that my actual TDEE is 2180 cals and I'm only on 180cals deficit right? I should be losing a kg by the week but fuck all has been changing. It's been so long and tiring I'm getting crazy.
Navy calculator shit calculates my bf% as 34 which I thought was lower but it makes more sense more I look at the mirror
