She was modding her game wildly, but it made it so that when the pets "fell in love" a scary error message popped up. So she instead tortured all the pets so they never found "love" and the error never popped up and threw away any eggs the pets made.
Eventually she received a white egg in her modded hell game which she couldn't throw away and she felt might "kill her" for some reason. Anyway it probably hatched into FRIEND and caused the plot to happen and assumedly corrupt/superkill her sister.
Noelle is the reason for all of this.
