Ever since I turned 30 my motivation to lift has been evaporating. Going to the gym is becoming more of a struggle and feels less rewarding

Are older women the answer to the dating crisis?
Feminism and dating apps have made it nearly impossible for average guys to court girls their own age. But single older women (30-50 age range) could make fine partners for young men. They have realistic standards and generally career-focused, so there is no requirement for the man to be rich or successful, which young men usually are not.
Young women have a rich history of dating older men. Perhaps we could adopt this strategy as well.
