Yeah, fuck it I ain't sleeping anytime soon so I reinstalled Grand and ripped Dawn of out for the moment. With the extra lite esl patch here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/158028 It wasn't as bad, still rough first entering the city and looking at the market for the first time.

Yeah sadly that's the curse of most town mods. Might keep just Grand but now I need to find something for Riften, Markarth, Whiterun and Windhelm. Guess I could do Spaghetti, but his lightweight mod is so tiny I can barely tell that anything is different.
