I would say it comes across that working on it was a rough experience not that he didn’t like it from the start. And it would make sense to me considering Uchikoshi was put in charge of directing all the routes besides 0 and 2nd scenario.

I wouldn’t say it came across as intentionally unsatisfying at all. Just that he went against what Kodaka asked him to do and also trusted him blindly to do such that he remained unaware of the locks until it was too late. I do hope they’re still on good terms though but I do feel slightly bad that Kodaka didn’t get his game where all endings can be interpreted as the true ending (I prefer the time hopping connect everything Uchikoshi stuff myself though so I am glad it turned out that way)
