He's not really a hidden tech commander. He does one thing and that one thing is very funny. There isn't really a ton of room for creativity unless you're building a subtheme into the deck.
Cryptothrall can pilot Titanic and gives it Hexproof while piloted.
Inferno of the Star Mounts can act as a wincon with enough mana from treasures.
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs can pilot Titanic and is also a bit of a pillow fort effect that keeps opponents from beating you to death when you're on an empty board.
You'll have a ton of mana so make sure you have enough card draw. The usual impulse draw effects are good.
Rose, Cutthroat Raider can pilot Titanic and gets you an impulse draw when you attack.
Scion of Opulence can sac treasures for impulse draw.
Bonehoard Dracosaur isn't cheap but it's one of the most pushed red creatures ever printed and does everything.
Hangar Scrounger can put a counter on itself to hit 3 power and pilot Titanic. Whenever it taps to pilot, you can discard-then-draw.
Count on Luck and Outpost Siege keep your "hand" topped up.
Stolen Strategy can sometimes get you useful cards since you're stuck in mono-red.
Reckless Impulse, Wrenn's Resolve are basic draw sorceries but consistent and let you hold your cards in exile for a full turn cycle.
As a 4cmc commander, your tempo should follow this basic route:
>T1 Land
>T2 Land + Ramp
>T3 Land + Titanic
>T4 Creature Power 3 + Pilot Titanic and swing
Therefore, the ramp in your suite should ideally be 2cmc or less.
Wayfarer's Bauble is fine since you can path around it if it's in your opening hand.
Arcane Signet and Fellwar Stone are only tapping for red (or basically colorless if no one else is playing red) but they're 2cmc mana rocks so they're worth playing.
Other 2cmc colorless rocks (mind stone et al) are worth it.
