There's no flamboyant bullfighter or spanish conquistador enemy in RE4.
However there are literal grass-skirt-wearing spearchuckers in RE5

I love RE5 but there is no fucking way it gets remade faithfully, if at all. Especially with how Sheva is an actual strong beautiful black woman. They would not be able to stop themselves from butchering her into another variant of Debra Wilson with a dyke attitude.
