hey dumbfuck, it's far, far better to reduce your caloric intake by 2-400 under your resting metabolic rate MAX and lose sustainably and healthfully. you do not want loose skin, and you want to keep the weight off. just stop eating like two snacks a day and you're probably golden, depending on how many cals you're taking in. the point is to SLOWLY adjust down to a sustainable level, bit by bit. goal is ~5 lbs a month lost on the high end, ~2.5 on the low. it's a lifelong thing, not something immediate. doesn't work that way. sorry.
this isn't fucking punishment for sin, it's a plan of action that you, as a fucking adult, will follow through on. so make it sustainable and as easy as possible to accomplish. to make it even easier, start SLOWLY subbing in high protein/high fiber and low fat options. why? they make you feel fuller. that's all. it's all about calories. only sub in what you can do comfortably.
i lift and have lifted for years. i shape my body to my will as a hobby. i do what you're doing now, more or less, for FUN. listen to me if you want to succeed. or don't and enjoy yo-yoing between skinnyfat wombat arms and obese until death grants you mercy at an early fucking age.
