considering that 1 substat on a disk is worth 3% ATT and 2.4% CR
the 39% CR alone is worth 16.25 substats, which are worth 48.75% ATT
48.75+25(elDMG)= 73.75
PEN is generally worth more than ATT, but at face value it's a total of 93.75% vs 58%
so if you had 1,000 ATT / DPS, with brimstone you would have around 1,580 and with signature you would have around 1,937
this is 22.66% better DPS (math done with AI)

it should a bit higher since PEN is worth more than ATT and seed's engine is specialized to her playstyle. not to mention the shiner hair
so you should wait for her to release, and proper calculations will be made (not by me)
