So, I'm invited to a family event thing, and in this family event thing comes my cousin. So, my cousin is a bit younger than me, and he's on special needs, and he has a private tutor who's this really cute girl who's a few years older than me.
This girl is treated like family by my uncle and aunt and she often comes during family events such as the one I'm going to. She's REALLY cute but I never got the chance to talk to her. Would it be inappropriate to ask for her number out during this event?
