in general I THINK riot wants all (non-support) champs to be playable in at least 2 lanes VIABLY. Vayne and Nilah arent viable bot. Vayne shits on tops (but what ranged doesnt?) and Nilah .....is a mistake really. (you wont even get benefit from her bonus XP passive if you play her jngle btwlolol)
if they go bot they get outranged and bullied hard so Jungle being offered to them is out of consolation. the only thing im confused about is why it took them THIS LONG to make a move like this.

my current line of thinking is that this change was actually supposed to happen earlier (specifically by the time Uzi Vayne was coined for release) but Riot is a bunch of lazy uncoordinated idorts so the changes got bricked up somewhere along the pipeline.

no idea wtf Nilah is doing next to vayne. she prob has a skin coming up for some reason soon. nobody likes or plays bad melee Samira. you just cant get away with Crit melee carry in modern league anymore. if you cant build juggern00b items then teamfights become a greyscreen AGDQ.
