I only have really bad poops that rip my asshole and cause me pain and blood loss for the last like what 3 years now? I can't bottom with my boyfriend I've seen like 4 different GI doctors that prescribe some literal nothing drugs that don't help, and not I lost my job and am uninsured. It's fucked up, it's not even like I have a bad diet or not enough fiber or something I eat a ton of fiber and don't eat meat, it's literally the worst I can't take it anymore. Killing myself.
