I recently moved out of my moms house and I’ve been eating like shit with no one to cook for me. Every day for breakfast I have a mixture of oats, peanut butter, and protein powder; for lunch I have homemade seitan and boiled beans; for dinner I have two cups of spaghetti and some pea protein isolate. I prepare everything (mix together oatslop, boil beans, make seitan) once a week and then just keep it in the fridge. I aim for 30g protein per meal and my budget per meal is $1. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this stuff taste better without extra money or effort? Also looking for ideas on how to replace plant based protein powders with actual food, now that they’re known to be contaminated with lead…
