Let me spell this out for you as plainly as possible: being gifted an OP piece of gear from a GM after waiting for months for your account to be restored is a perfectly valid excuse to not ask any questions about the nature of the gear in question. Everything about this scenario portrays the user as innocent. Only an actual idiot like the guy from pic related would see this item in their delivery box and assume that it was a mistake.
