The Snow Wolf was a bit of a goofy design, so I'd prefer the PBB between the two. If that's the case then I think Iceberg or arctic-gear Stalker are likely candidates. The most idealized one is Baroness in comic book arctic gear, but I know that chance is absolute zero.
