Why does playing Penny's Big Breakaway make me feel so miserable? It ostensibly has everything that should be "there", it's not like a non-game like Sonic Forces, but...it kind of makes me feel like I did playing Mario 3D World. Just like "wow they put a lot of effort and polish into making this one of the most aggressively sluggish and unfun 3D platformers ever".
