VShojo is experiencing the same thing as Hololive and Nijisanji right now with talents leaving and still collabing with each other. But it's even worse for them because their talents can leave with their model and still collab with active talents. Most people only care about the collabs, so if everyone can leave and still collab with each other what's even the point of the corpo?
