It looks weird to have every single medic as an Indian. The model stands out too much. If they wanted to represent colonial troops, they could have just had an Indian faction. They've also got a black American despite part of the campaign explicitly being about how they weren't allowed to enlist and had to fight for the French instead. the black German is "justified" by something insane like a single black group of musicians or something on the western front.
