my grandma lives in one in the czech republic and it's nice. she has 3 balconies and everyone knows each other. no noise from neighbors. the whole neighborhood is quiet at night despite thousands of families living there.
it would never work in the west. niggers, mudslimes, and whites who let their kids be as loud as they want and running indoors till 3 AM would render the apartments unfit for living. hence why the west can only use them as camps for subhumans and poorfags.
