Why do you double down on things you know nothing about? Evidence of cocoa use for ceremonial rituals only extends as far south as the upper Amazon. It was an Aztec and Mayan thing (Mexico and Central America), that *maybe* extended to Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador through trade, but not much further.

The Incas from Peru and Bolivia did not consume cocoa, they had a very different diet and ceremonies. And the natives to the south of them were hunter-gatherer nomads that mostly ate what they hunted or fished, (I think they also grew potatoes), but again no cocoa, it's a very specific Mesoamerican product.
