I have no idea anon. I'm not sure if I would go so far as to say that myself yet as well, since Fermi and the majority of the other Harpies generally appear to be 100% Normal Harpy Girls.
But there's probably SOME reason why Hariella is named after a particular angel, is much more of a humanoid-looking hybrid, is light over wind, has six wings, and something resembling a halo that's floating behind her back.

However, I have promised My Wife as per her wishes that I will never look at her stories because My Wife thinks she's completely repulsive.
And to be frank she absolutely is.
The sub-story revolving around her and the Basilisk Girl is incredibly funny though, almost entirely because of the bicking between the two Harpy Sisters, especially with how the entire chain of events is basically kicked off by Fermi DISOWNING her Sister who is also her people's QUEEN. Fermi's constant frustrations with her sibling are so extensive she unintentionally causes Queen Lucretia Herself to reflect about her relationship with her own subjects back at home in the Harpy Village.
I'm not kidding either she's outright called "good for nothing" by her sister and even her description says she's a completely inept and lazy slob with zero dignity. It's taken even further by some of what she does in the aforementioned story too. She is quite literally the bastard child of a Seagull and a Giant Petrel with how she acts.
What makes it funny is she's not evil or even malicious at all, completely loves her sister more than anything in the world, would happily die to protect Fermi when push comes to shove, and *wants* to be a caring, doting older sibling who means well. She's just completely incompetent and has to be constantly babied by everyone around her. She almost chokes to death on a cobra the size of a fucking dog when she tries to swallow it whole at one point. Somehow. I have no idea how she even got that fucking thing in her mouth.
