Actually, I'm sure the scene you talk about was made for dlsite subscribers. There is a scene in bed with Hecate inside the game, but it's used. You have to submit to her or get hit early during her fight and she'll take Kazuya to bed instead of stepping on him. If you didn't see it while playing, it unlocks on the gallery anyway.
