South Vale, entire start of the game and through the apartments was extremely well done. Probably my favorite part of the game, maybe the lake view hotel is better because that was fantastic too, definitely my favorite single level and I loved the balance of puzzles and enemies in it.

Hopefully they learn to balance the two better with the SH1 remake because SH2R got a little overbearing in the middle, on one side I can commend them for that because of how grueling it is but on the other side its not a nice feeling when it starts feeling overbearing, you need a break every now and then

I loved this remake, to be honest. Especially the beginning to Blue Creek, and then the final level at the hotel was incredible too.
Hospital x2, prison and labyrinth was a little overbearing but I still enjoyed that too. Beautifully rendered environments with great sound design, truly felt immersed in that hell.
