This is wrong. Most mental disorders are actually a set of rules and parameters set on paper of which if you get a high enough score, you are technically mentally ill.

The definitions are arbitrary and not rooted on biology. They are based on soft sciences like psychology and the final verdict is always a piece of paper in the hands of a professional. Not a measurable repeatable sample you test empirically.
