Today: 174lb. Two and a half weeks ago I completed a six week season of commerical drift netting in Alaska. Was on the water for like five weeks. Longest period awake and working was like 56 hours. You never est enough.

I am now dramatically weaker than when I left. My bench is off by like 35 pounds. I can do at least one or two more pullups than when I left. I haven't done deadlift or squat yet, and my body is so tired from just doing some benching that I don't think I will today. I'm taking 20 grams of creatine to try and load my body with it again, but holy fuck is this shit exhausting. However, my legs are stronger. I csn tell because I went for a run a couple of days ago in my boots and my heart was the thing holding me back. Maybe my squat improved, but my back feels weaker so I'm not sure. I like the job, but I'm not sure I want to do it again. The maintenance on my body alone is quite rough.
