Just read the damn book. He might not have planned on expanding anytime soon (obviously neither of us can prove your hyper-specific claim one way or another), but Mein Kampf clearly portrays NS as having a virile, expansionist view of statecraft. This isn't even abnormal, it is only post WW2 that we have to pretend that nobody would ever dare to grab territory for their state and/or people unless they were literally megalomaniac Hitlers who want to conquer the whole world.
He clearly thinks Germany needs more space for Germans to flourish, which is the most natural opinion to hold about your own tribe and nation.
