There’s no reason why tauros and miltank don’t produce a calf pokemon that evolves into one or the other based on its sex. Right now, if tauros and miltank do what bovines do then they’ll only produce more miltanks despite the strong implication that they are to each other what the male and female nidorans are to one another.
