I wanted to say that bulkmons like Lapras would get too much out of this but that thing's BST is 535 and Snorlax is 540. That makes picrel one of the only mons that would be a terror with its 420 BST. And I'm all for it, because seeing it one-shot Hydreigon in Gen 6 was one of my favorite things to have ever happened.
