for the guy that just bumped the thread (not giving you (You)s), I do think there are some cases when you just cant give democracy if they don't deserve it or at least are prepared mentally for it. Hell I would give my current democracy right now if Im sure the next dictator/monarch will do a better job. But at the end everything defaults to human nature. For example anyone here that has attended a Homeowners' Association Meeting at least once will understand
