Any of the Onimusha weapons, especially Raizen since it was such a cool lighting katana. My child brain was enamored by these weapons and everything from the intros to the sounds they make as you're striking an enemy and even how you can upgrade them seemed so cool to me at the time. Bishamon was also such a cool secret superweapon near the end of the game.
