Here's a link that allows you to look into more detail for those, but I got a screenshot anyway. Answer is no, Nishino's card was an early SSR I got, and the only benefit I ever got was the chance of Charming and events that boosted wit if I neglected to train that enough. Then I noticed Sweep is a better card in every way and I just trained wit more, problem solved.
