original oblivion was good for when it was released, the remake however is a soulless asset flip and it took me 5 hours of gameplay before I dropped it.

they didn't fix the main issue of the OG game which is balancing and progression and just the combat in general not being fun, they made it equally as bad, if not worse, and this is 20 years later when you would think AAA studios have some sense about how to make the gameplay not suck ass... it was acceptable for the original release, but not in current year.

and the worst part is that the game was a bug ridden heap of shit (and probably still is) despite the fact that they weren't even on any time constraints to release it since it dropped pretty much unannounced.

I did find the retards online baseding out over how "it's just like the original because of the bugs!!!" basically coping about the half made UE5 slop that they dropped to turn a quick buck
