Peashy is not only the PC Engine/TurboGrafx, she's also Hudson Soft in general, represented primarily through her bee theming (Hudson Soft's mascot and logo).
Which means there's probably a reason she hasn't showed up in Hyperdimension. How about we ask K-Sha about that?
