The stuttering is unfortunate (and allegedly fixed in the new versions) but most of the games on ue5 are actually pretty low end/console friendly while looking good.
This is probably more just gooks or indians pushing things too hard on a 6700(ps5)/9060(pro)+r5 3600 equivalent
