Dogs are mostly annoying, but I do think they can be helpful in society.

I was out with my wife a few weeks ago for an evening stroll and this pigskin rat was walking 3 of his dogs an they were so out of control that he was constantly having to shift their leash from one hand to the other. My wife wanted to step aside but I just kept walking and the pigskin and the dogs moved off the sidewalk.

Whites are insufferable as it is, but their dog culture is cancerous.

I think dog's actions should be taken as the owner's actions so if a dog attacks someone randomly, the owner should be charged.
