Evernight is the original March but it's a case of split personality. Evernight is March's before her memory wipe. March is March after she started anew. Evernight is aware of March but March isn't aware of Evernight. Judging by Evernight's LC, March seems to be her "Ideal" and tries to protect her even while dormant inside her body.
