honestly, I'd have just filled it with as many rat token makers as possible. even pack rat breaks even on the number of cards. lab rats, song of totentanz, tangled colony, vren, lord skitter; looking this up I found chittering witch and revenge of the rats. what costs so much that it's prohibitive-
