I don't understand it much either honestly but I mean when the card "shows up" in battle yeah. Takes her from barely taking damage to taking almost none, if she has two equipped she's invincible outside of fire/things that just nuke everyone else. I'm not sure at what point she actually starts tanking though, I'd assume it's the skills. Regardless she and Kommy don't keep my Kidian alive
