If it doesnt end up as an inside job like Blue Archive, it will probably do well and get regular content for a while. The gameplay is not auto battles like Trickcal but its very comfy VS-styled, the girls are cute and they are giving a lot of freebies at launch including multiple choose SSR tickets. I don't see any real good healers in the starting roster besides Ui. You can go like Yomi but she's support and healing rather than just healing. Diana is a decent healer. If it's red and orange gear you're good, I buffed my Allet quite as I had no other tank and honestly I didn't regret, she really can tank a punch.
Also if you're building around a specific personality it's not bad at all, the extra bonuses will always make up for the shortcomings but just don't expect her to carry you that far if you do rely on her as your main tank.

You can roll them on a standard banner, but their chances are about a fifth of normal 3 stars
They also are usually stronger and you can't farm dupes of them as easily
